Bali Airport - Padang Bai shared taxi
 

Hello! I will reach Bali airport this night at 23:25 and want to take the public ferry straight to Lombok - anybody in the same situation and interested to share a taxi? If not: any ideas how a solo traveller can manage to get from the airport to Padang Bai at night? Cheap and safe would be great :)

Good option to travel alone in Bali is:

if you want go by taxi use "Blue Bird" with taximeter

or you take a privat driver with car.
The last option is a little bit more expensive, but individually!

I decided for a flight, after comparing the prices. I'm not sure yet if we will rent a car ourselves, but would be glad to get the contact / information from you.

Sometimes a flight is a good option too,
but the trip with ferry is very nice, maybe on the backway...?

Why not choose a boat starting from Sanur?
Book a Hotel for one night and take the boat in the morning, they pick you up at the Hotel, so no hassles...

If I remember correctly only the big public ferrys start from Padang Bay as mandatory.

Ach was, Humor ist, wenn man trotzdem lacht :)-
vielleicht hat Alice zuvor in englischsprachigen Foren recherchiert
oder ist schon länger unterwegs
und hat wenig Gelegenheit deutsch zu sprechen ...;)

Ausserdem bin ich ganz gut in meinem (recht bescheidenen) Englisch drin,
über Bangladesh gibt es nämlich wenig in deutsch im WWW
und die bisherigen Kontakte in dieses Land sind auch ausschliesslich in englisch,
ist also ähnlich wie auf Bali,
wenn man Bahasa indonesia nicht beherrscht :D
