vorsicht beim speedboat
 

hallo zusammen

also wer sich auf ein speedboat begibt um von einer insel zur anderen fahren moechte, sollte darauf achten das dieses boot+die mannschaft+die technik den internationalen sicherheitsstandart erfuellt .

- das heisst regelmaessige gute wartung , gute notfallausruestung (rettungswesten usw.), gut geschultes personal , richtige funkausruestung (auch satelitentelefon) !
- auch sollte man sich erkundigen ob die boote das ganze jahr fahren !

anbieter welche ihre boote nur fuer die hochsaison (3 monate) anbieten sollte man nicht benutzen , denn sonst geht es einem wie den 34 passagieren in diesem fall 8o

ich weiss nicht , ob das ein serioeses unternehmen ist mit dem diese touristen gefahren sind :nixwiss:

sie hatten glueck im unglueck , dass zufaellig andere boote in der naehe waren wodurch sie so schnell gerettet wurden.


fazit : nicht nur auf den super guenstigen preis achten , sondern auch an die eigene sicherheit denken

Nicht nur beim Speedboot ...

Denpasar. Nearly 140 passengers were finally rescued unharmed from a ferry on Friday morning after it ran aground in Singaraja, Bali, on Thursday evening.

Ospar Silaban, a local official from state-owned transportation management company ASDP, told the Jakarta Globe that 138 passengers were evacuated from the ill-fated Darma Rucitra after it was left high and dry in Tanjung Gowa after a crossing from East Java.

“Our priority was rescuing the passengers and thank God all of them survived,” he said.

He said the accident was caused by “natural factors,” namely heavy seas and strong ocean currents.

The ship remains beached and salvage crews are waiting for high tide this afternoon before attempting to refloat the vessel.

On Wednesday, the Putra Romo carrying more than 26 passengers sank in Badung Strait, Bali. Nine passengers died and another two are missing, feared.

A police investigation revealed the boat was overcrowded and their were no lifejackets.
