balis polizisten sollen englisch , japanisch und mandarin lernen , damit sie sich besser mit touristen unterhalten koennen , falls diese probleme haben.
damit sind bestimmt verstoesse gegen verkehrsregeln , unfaelle und vor allem wenn urlauber opfer einer kriminellen handlung wurden oder diese selber verursacht haben.
meiner meinung nach stossen urlauber oftmals auf taube ohren "tidak mengerti" ausser wenn es ums abkassieren geht :think

Denpasar. Bali’s tourist police will require its officers to learn English, Japanese and Mandarin so they can communicate better with foreigners in trouble.
Bali Police Chief Insp. Gen. Hadiatmoko said on Wednesday that the move was meant to boost the force’s crime-solving capabilities on the popular resort island.
“Miscommunication often happens when tourists report their cases and the policemen on duty cannot speak English,” he said.
The chief said they were also considering offering Dutch lessons for officers.
Hadiatmoko said there were 398 tourism police personnel in the province, most of whom were stationed in Kuta, famed for its vibrant party scene.
