The management and staff of Ramayana Resort & Spa recently received the information from media release, travel agent and the guest regarding Legionnella pneumophillia while, the exact source of the disease remains unknownAfter receiving the issue that The Department of Health Badung Regency, Department of Bali Provinces,
The Indonesian Government and World Health Organization have conducted the investigations to establish the source of the disease in Bali. They have checked the water supplies and water treatment from the water tanks to the guest room and public area rest rooms and all water contained areas.We continue to be vigilant and consistent to maintain our water levels as per stipulated requirement in the air conditioner, bath room and water fountains. Thus far all results have come out negative.We will update you further on lab analysis as soon as we receive them.
